Who really cares what Don Imus thinks?

Hey good people -- I know many of you are new readers and I’d like to introduce myself so that you’d have a better understanding of who and I am and where I am coming from in these musings and rants...but I ain’t gonna.

The truth is – it really does matter what I write because most of it would be grandiose boasting by a brilliant evil genius wordsmith who, for the most part, you will have a difficulty understanding. That’s not to say I’m smarter than you – I just think differently… not really sure if that’s good or bad – but it is what it is.
The best advice I can give you is as you view these rants as just my opinion backed up by facts but simply for your entertainment, edification, stupefaction and ponder-ment. {Yes I do make up words}

The question is – are you relevant? No. Keep talking dude – you’ll be dead soon anyway.
Speaking of dead – how sad is it that George Carlin died? This man was a brilliant comedic genius. If you’re a fan of cerebral comedy with a hint of anger… ok a lot of anger you’d love Carlin. www.georgecarlin.com. I know that during this election he would have be particularly funny and instrumental in showing the silliness and hypocrisy of this current government and the media.
Wow speaking of media – as if I didn’t purposefully time all these things together (yea its all serendipitous)
Below is a response to a friend who tried to challenge my thoughts after I sent out the text of Sen. Obama’s “Fatherhood speech” indicating that he never specifically called out Black men – I wrote:
Senator Obama never called out black fathers – now you can assume that he implied Black men based on where he was speaking and based on the two quotes that your list… but he never said "Black fathers" ~ and that was my only argument. ~~ His commentary is right on point but I was simply pondering why everyone was so excited or upset... he never specifically called out Black men.... (To your point, he could have very well may have, but he did not -- (the white press did and I think its important to note that… examples:
