SO NOW WHAT?
So here’s one of the 1st knock not less than a week following Senator Obama’s presumptive nominations is clear: Fox News' E.D. Hill teased discussion of Obama dap: "A fist bump? A pound? A terrorist fist jab?" http://mediamatters.org/items/200806060007.
By all accounts Senator Barack Obama is the Democratic Party’s nominee for the President of the United States of America. The 1st “known” mixed race candidate in history… so now what? Now that candidate Hilary Clinton has stepped down (supposedly) does that mean the fight is over and Senator Obama is a shoe-in? Of course not but again so now what?
Well now it gets real tricky because now all bets are off. The proverbial gloves will come off – or “on” for those who know…. “All sh**… its about to go down!”
A terrorist fist jab?
Come on now - are your serious?
The sad part is – YES THEY ARE! Fox news along with other “right wing” media will pull out all the stops to thwart Obama’s campaign – even going so far as to calling him a terrorist. The other sad part is that some folks will see/hear that and believe… sad but true like sheep to the slaughter.
The great part is that some folks are standing up to the bulls*** that Fox and its pundits are trying to pull: Question for Fox News: Do you think any of these people might be terrorists? http://mediamatters.org/items/200806100001?f=h_top.
So the original question “So now what?” In this instance I suggests telling Fox News the comment was appalling, offensive and unacceptable, and demand an apology from E.D. Hill. You can send an email or snail mail to:
